Alissa Viljoen, Co-Owner & Participant Experience Lead

A Registered Nurse with over 9 years of experience, Alissa brings both insight and warmth to everything we do at Joyful Caring. As the quiet force behind our care culture, she sets the tone for how we welcome, listen, and build trust with every participant.

She works alongside our team to make sure kindness and consistency are part of every experience—from the way we welcome participants to the quiet care moments that follow. Her presence isn’t loud, but it’s felt where it matters.
